Ross Engineers were engaged for the Structural and stormwater design of an exciting alterations and additions project in the bustling inner-city suburb of Darlinghurst. Situated in a heritage listed row of single-storey terraces with difficult access, Ross Engineers produced a design respectful of the heritage background while incorporating contemporary structural solutions to complement the architectural aspirations. Some of the interesting structural elements include a custom steel design to span lower-level open plan spaces with glazing elements.
